Judith Kunst, GRIA president, reported last night that there will be a Urban Design & Architecture Review Panel (UDARP) review on September 26 and a Site Plan Review meeting on October 2. There may be more than one of each meeting. On September 27, the Department of Planning will send the plans to the community groups that have served on the Task Force for the development. The plans will be posted on the GRIA website upon receipt and there will be a 30-day comment period.
We will solicit comments at the next GRIA meeting on Monday, October 21 and through the GRIA email address for 30 days.
