Thank you to the City of Baltimore, Housing Department, for extending the Adopt-A-Lot agreement for our community to continue to use the open space at 27th and Sisson Street through May 2017! Adopt-A-Lot licenses are viable for a year at a time. GRIA stewards the lot and has been busy building community garden beds, growing grass for a playing field (still a work in progress!), creating a children’s play area, installing a shipping container for storage and movie night backdrops, mowing the lawn, and painting a mural.
