25th Street Station plans need redesign, says UDARP
“WV Urban Development will need to revise plans for the Walmart-anchored 25th Street Station after city officials and neighbors said they opposed the design,” reports The Baltimore Business Journal. That is the outcome of the project’s review by UDARP, the Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel, on Sept. 26. More details to come.
