Transform Baltimore Zoning Hearings

The Land Use and Transportation Committee will hold a series of hearings within various Baltimore neighborhoods on CC BILL 12-0152 – TRANSFORM BALTIMORE – ZONING.  The dates, times, topics and locations are as follows:

 

Tuesday, September 24th – 5:15 pm

Subject:  Titles 1, 2, 3 and 6 (Introductory/Definitions, Code Administration and Zoning Districts)

Subject:  Titles 10 and 12 (Commercial Districts and Special Purpose Districts)

Location:  University of Maryland-Baltimore Bio Park

 

Tuesday, October 15th – 5:15 pm

Subject:  Titles 13, 16 and 17 (PUDs, Off-Street Parking, and Loading Signs)

Subject:  Title 9 (Rowhouses and Multi-Family Residential Districts)

Wednesday, November 6th – 5:15 pm
