EHC (Episcopal Housing Corporation) will be sponsoring a “Home Buyers Workshop” on March 20th at 1 pm at Kromer Hall, 335 27th Street at the Church of the Guardian Angel. The workshop will help home buyers learn about the $8000.00 1st time buyers Federal Tax Credit and also have information for homeowners in distress and renters who want to buy. This will be related to homes in the neighborhood, not all of Baltimore. There will be a short presentation, a Q&A time, and then some one-on-one counseling as needed.
