28th and 29th street traffic calming (Jed)
- Just today, 2 accidents occurred on both 28th and 29th.
- May be able to use complete streets to slow down traffic.
- Land use committee meeting will contain most of these discussions.

CBP JHU Innovation Fund- Aaron Kauffman
- Applying for a JHU fund to reduce violence and help youth avoid crime or violence in the area.
- Focused on safe routes to community spaces.
- Will be identifying several spaces such as Sission St Park, Mund Park and 29th St. Community Center and identify any unsafe lighting/infrastructure which need improvement to those spaces.
- Bus stops will be considered.
- Includes creative ways of using the transportation tools we already have at our disposal.

Remington Village Green Update
- The owner of the lot has decided to take back their offer of selling this parcel of land.
- About half of the donations have been sent back.
- The parcel has been roped off by the owner.
- The owner has given the Village Green 30 days to move any plants or items off the parcel.
- The green space is part of a land trust and cannot be moved.
