Throughout the duration of the project, businesses will remain open and local traffic along Charles Street will be maintained. Please tell all of your fellow community members to check the website for the most up to date information.
Between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Monday, November 5 thru Friday, November 9 there will temporary lane closures and parking restrictions in the 3500 block of North Charles Street. As construction progresses, temporary lane closures will continue to be implemented within the project area. Travelers in the area should be advised that vehicle capacity will be diminished within the work zone. Commuters should expect delays in this area, particularly during peak hour travel times and the use of alternate routes is strongly encouraged to avoid delays. Motorists should also pay close attention to posted parking signs within the work zone, as parking patterns have been changed along this stretch of Charles Street.
